<note>Nilai kapasitas dan nilai kecepatan arus bebas dipengaruhi oleh arus lalulintas, kecepatan, dan kerapatan, selain itu aktivitas manusia pun berpengaruh pada besar atau kecilnya nilai kapasitas jalan dan nilai kecepatan arus bebas, seperti pada studi kasus jalan Rumah Sakit kota Bandung. Metode Greenshields dan MKJI 1997 digunakan dalam menghitung nilai kapasitas jalan dan kecepatan arus bebas. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai kapasitas jalan dan kecepatan arus bebas terdapat perbedaan, pada metode Greenshields didapatkan nilai C = 1817,334 smp/jam dan untuk nilai FV = 45,470 km/jam, sementara untuk MKJI 1997 didapatkan nilai C = 2472,54 smp/jam dan nilai FV = 40,59 km/jam. Perbedaan dapat terjadi karena perbedaan cara mengolah data lalulintas yang diperoleh.</note>
