<note>Tata letak gudang adalah suatu gambaran posisi penyimpanan barang yang ada pada gudang. Kegiatan operasional pergudangan tidak terlepas dari pengaturan posisi penyimpanan barang. Pengaturan posisi penyimpanan barang yang kurang baik akan menimbulkan masalah, seperti jarak handling yang cukup jauh, waktu handling yang lama, dan biaya handling yang dikeluarkan cukup besar. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses perancangan tata letak gudang denganmenggunakan metode Dedicated Storage. Perancangan tata letak gudang ini menghasilkan suatu rancangan tata letak gudang baru yang memiliki jarak tempuh 1.074,75 m, waktu handling sebesar 19,14% lebih kecil dan biaya handling sebesar 19,14% yang lebih kecil dari kondisi tata letak sebelumnya.</note>
