<note>PT. Prabha Sri Utama Embroidery Textile Industry is a company engaged in manufacturing. One product that is produced is lace. Business processes at PT. Prabha Sri Utama North Sulawesi Textile Industry involves many parties, from suppliers, companies related to various parts and consumers or commonly referred to as buyers by the company. Many parties involved in this business process increasingly increase the risk of supply chain management that may occur. The House of Risk (HOR) method can be used to address risks in the supply chain. This method is divided into drunk. The House of Risk (HOR) matrix which consists of 1 supply chain activities uses the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) dimension which consists of plans, sources, manufacturing, shipping and returns. This thesis discusses three dimensions, namely making, delivering and returning. Next, calculate the Aggregate Risk Potential, determine its ranking and determine the risk agency using the Pareto diagram. The House of Risk (HOR) level 2 matrix determines the mitigation strategy for the selected risk agent. Then determine the change, the value of Total Effectiveness (TEk), Degree of Difficulty (Dk), Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETD). The results obtained were 31 selected agents and 10 requested mitigation strategies.</note>
