<note>Komposit merupakan sebuah material yang tersusun dari dua atau lebih material pembentuknya yang mempunyai sifat berbeda. Komposit terdiri dari matriks sebagai material pengikat, dan bahan penguat yang diikat oleh matriks. Pembuatan spesimen honeycomb yang memiliki bentuk core mendekati bentuk gelombang sinusoidal dan melakukan pengujian bending untuk mendapatkan beban maksimum serta kekakuan dari spesimen tersebut. Bahan honeycomb komposit ini terbuat dari fiberglass, campuran antara resin dan katalis sebagai matriks. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian bending dimana didapatkan nilai beban maksimum tertinggi yang dapat ditahan spesimen adalah 105 Kgf dengan nilai kekakuannya sebesar 11,25 Kgf/mm.Kata
