<note>Jumlah pengendara ojek online di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 mencapai 2,5 juta pengendara. Dengan tingkat pengendara ojek online yang tinggi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek keselamatan ojek online terhadap frekuensi penggunaan di Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equational Modeling PLS. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan, penelitian ini melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada pengguna ojek online. Analisis ini menguji hipotesis bahwa lima variabel bebas karakteristik keselamatan ojek online yaitu, pengendara, infrastruktur, keamanan, kendaraan, serta pengalaman negatif memiliki hubungan terhadap variabel terikat frekuensi penggunaan. Hasil estimasi model menujukkan temuan dimana variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap frekuensi penggunaan yaitu, variabel pengendara, variabel infrastruktur, dan variabel pengalaman negatif dan menunujukkan bahwa faktor pelindungan ojek online berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi penggunaan dengan tingkat kekuatan lemah.</note>
