Area kontruksi yang dilakukan pembangunan jalan pada tahun 2019 merupakan area yang memiliki tanah lunak sehingga terjadi penurunan. Setelah dilakukan peneletian kemudian dilakukan perbaikan tanah menggunakan metode Pre Loading tanpa PVD. Analisis penurunan tanah lunak dilakukan menggunakan analisis metode numerik berbasis elemen hingga. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semakin dalam tanah asli yang dilakukan replacement, maka penurunan konsolidasi yang terjadi akan semakin kecil. Selain itu, perbaikan tanah berupa replacement dapat mereduksi nilai penurunan konsolidasi sebesar 83,75 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya timbunan pada perbaikan tanah hasil dari penurunan jauh berbeda sebelum dilakukan perbaikan tanah. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan tanah dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan kontruksi jalan menggunakan perhitungan tebal perkerasan lentur dengan metode AASHTO 1993. Dari hasil perhitungan tebal perkerasan jalan didapatkah hasil dengan tebal perkerasan pondasi bawah sebesar 36 cm, tebal pondasi atas sebesar 15 cm dan tebal perkerasan sebesar 19 cm.
