PERANCANGAN PUSAT PERBELANJAAN DENGAN PENERAPAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR FUTURISTIK PADA ERA NEW NORMAL DI KOTA BARU PARAHYANGAN
Kota Baru Parahyangan is an area developed by PT. Lyman Properties (Lyman Group). This area is located in Padalarang, West Bandung Regency, which was formed in 2002. Kota Baru Parahyangan has quite a large area of land, so it is in dire need of commercial buildings, one of which is a shopping center. This shopping center serves as a place to shop or buy food and clothing needs, it can also be a gathering place or recreation for local residents, domestic and foreign tourists. This can be an effort to increase the percentage of economic income in the Kota Baru Parahyangan area. The construction of this shopping center uses an open building concept so that natural lighting and ventilation can enter the building area to the fullest. The concept that will be applied is the concept of futuristic architecture in adjusting to the times and increasingly sophisticated technology. The design concept is related to the conditions of the new normal era due to the covid-19 pandemic so that it becomes one of the innovations in the construction of a shopping center. This shopping center building produces a design of 3 building masses, namely mass A for the ground floor, mass B and mass C for the 2nd floor. The masses are connected by a long corridor.
