<note>Proses pembuatan dari bahan utama yaitu limbah kantong kresek menjadi papan komposit dengan mengunakan metode mengoreng kantong kresek dengan minyak goring. Untuk melunakan dengan cara mengoreng kantong kresek lalu mencairkan dengan minyak goreng dengan temperatur 290°C-300°C, dan dimasukan ke Loyang kue sebagai cetakan pembentukan papan komposit, serat alam digunakan untuk memiliki kekuatan tekan lebih dari serat alam (bambu,kelapa,ijuk).metoda komposit yang dipakai adalah Discontinuous Fiber Composite yaitu partikel-partikel secara acak-acakan diseluruh bidang cetakan di loyang kue. Dan dilakukan pengujian terkikisan terhadap permukaan, pengujian terhadap cuaca, uji tarik dan pengujian kelengkungan (Bending).
