Online transportation services are growing in the life of modern Indonesian society. One of the online transportation modes that are often used by the community is online motorcycle taxis. With all the conveniences offered by online motorcycle taxis, it is a rational choice for the community amid the slow improvement of mass transportation services. This study aims to determine the process that people go through in making their decisions using online motorcycle taxis, knowing certain factors that influence their decisions and analyzing the factors that affect the frequency of using online motorcycle taxis, as well as analyzing the attitudes of the people of Bandung City as users of the attributes owned by motorcycle taxis. Based on this objective, the questionnaires were distributed to the people of Bandung City and will be analyzed using descriptive analysis, factor analysis, ordinal regression, and multi-attribute fishbein analysis. The results of the factor analysis show that three main factors influence the use of online motorcycle taxis, then the ordinal regression model shows that the factors of age and the influence of others, self-actualization, and the influence of the frequency of using online motorcycle taxis, and user attitudes towards the attributes of online motorcycle taxis can be said to be quite good.
