<note>Slide pieces merupakan salah satu komponen penting pada sepeda motor. Masyarakat cenderung memilih suku cadang sepeda motor dengan harga murah yaitu produk home industry yang memiliki kualitas dibawah produk original. Pada penelitian ini dipelajari produk baru dari slide pieces dengan material berbahan komposit polimer. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan slide pieces original dan slide pieces hasil pembuatan komposit. Pengujian pada penelitian ini adalah pengujian kekerasan, Pengujian keausan, Komposisi kimia, dan Analisa struktur mikro dan performance motor Vario. Laju keausan pada PPHI 100%yaitu 1.25 x10-6 ( ???????? ) , ???????? ???????????????????? Injection Molding 20% yaitu 2.51 x 10-6 ( ???????? , Handpress 20% yaitu 5.02x10-6 ???????? ???????????????????? ( ???????? ????????2????????????????????). Pada slide piece komposit injection molding fraksi 20% kekerasan nya lebih tinggi dibandingkan slide piece original hal ini disebabkan oleh terjadinya porositas dan gesekan yang terdapat pada slide piece injection molding fraksi 20%.</note>
