<note>Stadion GBLA (Gelora Bandung Lautan Api) berada di Jalan Gerbang Biru, Kelurahan Rancaupang, Kecamatan Gedebage, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Tugas Akhir ini mengkaji tentang kelayakan Stadion GBLA berdasarkan peraturan FIFA. Analisis mengenai berbagai aspek penting yang harus dipenuhi oleh Stadion GBLA. Salah satu aspek utama adalah kapasitas stadion, fasilitas yang mencakup kenyamanan penonton, area parkir yang memadai, dan fasilitas sarana prasarana lainnya. Dana pembangunan stadion dibantu oleh provinsi jawa barat sebesar 60% dan kota bandung 40%. Pihak pengelola Stadion GBLA juga berkerjasama dengan PT.PERSIB hal ini dikarenakan stadion tersebut dijadikan basecamp oleh PT.PERSIB. Stadion GBLA memiliki luas 24,5 hektare, sementara jika dengan fasilitas pendukung lainnya mencapai 40 hektare.

Metode yang digunakan adalah GAP ANALISIS, acuan untuk pembahasan ini diambil dari Peraturan FIFA 2011. Berdasarkan perhitungan GAP ANALISIS bahwa Stadion GBLA memiliki 75,24% untuk memenuhi Standarisasi Peraturan FIFA, sedangkan target yang dicapai adalah 100%, sehingga membutuhkan 24,76% untuk mencapai target tersebut.</note>
