Bandung is one of the largest cities, of course, with the increasing population every year, it requires a better level of transportation development and intermodal connectivity. However, problems arise in urban transportation, for example in the city of Bandung, where many urban areas are crossed by railroad crossings, causing problems including vehicle travel, long queues, decreased speed, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis of traffic performance on road sections and level crossings for further action. The method to be used is based on MKJI, 1997 and Regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation Number: SK.770/KA.401/DRJD/2005. This research also deals with queue lengths and delays which will be analyzed using the Shock Wave Theory with the Greenshield Method. The analysis that has been carried out concludes that the performance of the Garuda-Abdul Rahman Saleh plot of roads and crossings is bad enough, as evidenced by the highest degree of saturation, which is close to 0.85, namely 0.83 with LOS in category D, while for the results of the long wait analysis the longest reaches 895 meters and the delay reaches 4.41 minutes which is in LOS category F. Similarly, the results of the level crossing analysis show results for SMPK 168.241 smpk and the frequency of trains crossing as many as 82 trains. So, from the results of the analysis of the Garuda-Abdul Rahman Saleh level crossing, it can be concluded that it does not meet the requirements based on the Regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation Number: SK.770/KA.401/DRJD/2005. Due to the poor performance of the Abdul Rahman Saleh road section and the poor performance of the Garuda-Abdul Rahman Saleh level crossing, it is necessary to have countermeasures, one of which is the construction of a flyover at that location.
