<note>Saluran Daerah Irigasi Ciherang mengalami penurunan kapasitas yang mengakibatkan debit masuk ke saluran pengambil berkurang. Penurunan kapasitas saluran tersebut diantaranya diakibatkan oleh sedimentasi di udik Bendung Ciherang. Maka itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis volume dan laju sedimen di udik Bendung Ciherang menggunakan aplikasi HEC-RAS 6.3. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu: a. Survei lapangan dan b. Pemodelan aliran sungai dan sedimentasi di udik bendung menggunakan HEC-RAS 6.3. Validasi pemodelan sedimentasi dilakukan pada debit hasil pengukuran sebesar 5,56 m3/s yang menghasilkan laju sedimen 2449,9880 ton/hari dan tinggi muka air di udik bendung sebesar 1,19 m. Hasil ini telah sesuai dengan data pengukuran di lapangan. Hasil pemodelan dengan debit dominan kala ulang 2 tahun sebesar 76 m3/s didapat laju sedimen 8435,7334 ton/hari sedangkan pada debit dominan kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 88 m3/s dihasilkan laju sedimen sebesar 8841,9121 ton/hari.</note>
