<note>Pemerintah merencanakan pusat ibu kota negara dan melengkapinya dengan fasilistas prasarana transportasi, salah satunya adalah rencana lintas pelayanan kereta api Sepinggan - Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP). Metode Analisis yang digunakan yaitu MAT (Matriks Asal Tujuan) dengan menghasilkan Grafik Perjalanan Kereta Api (Gapeka). Hasil yang diperoleh dari Analisis ini yaitu pada analisis pola operasi menggunakan metode kapasitas lintas dan waktu tempuh didapatkan Grafik Perjalanan Kereta Api dari tahun 2030 sampai dengan 2045. Pada prasarana dan sarana kereta api Bandara Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman menggunakan jenis E.M.U atau electric multiple unit, dengan jenis kereta KRL I9000 kfW seri EA202 dan KRL Tokyo Metro Seri 7000 dengan kecepatan maksimum 120 km/jam, kapasitas 1.784 orang/rangkaian, daya muat 220 kereta/ penumpang, 1 rangkaian ada 8 kereta dan kapasitas emplasemen menggunakan jalur tunggal. Pola Operasi pada tahun 2030 perlu 6 rangkaian pergerakan dan tahun 2045 perlu 11 rangkaian pergerakan kereta api.</note>
