<note>Likuefaksi merupakan perubahan kondisi tanah dari kondisi padat menjadi cair yang disebabkan oleh meningkatnya tegangan air pori sehingga nilainya sama besarnya dengan kekuatan tanah. Nilai rasio tegangan air pori berlebih (ru) yang memiliki batas sebesar 0,7. Jika nilai rasio tegangan air pori berlebih (ru) lebih besar daripada 0,7 maka tanah tersebut berpotensi likuefaksi. Pada tugas akhir ini, tanah yang berpotensi likuefaksi akan diberikan perbaikan yang memiliki tujuan untuk memperkecil potensi likuefaksi. Perbaikan yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini yaitu stone column dengan memvariasikan jarak spasi dan diameter yang akan dimodelkan dalam aplikasi Plaxis 3D. Model material yang digunakan pada aplikasi Plaxis 3D yaitu UBC3D-PLM untuk menganalisis potensi likuefaksi. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan perbaikan tanah dengan stone column nilai ru mengalami penurunan pada variasi spasi 1 m terhadap diameter 0,8m.</note>
