Land registration (cadasre) activities in a region for people and goverment purposes is already regulated by some nationally wide use laws and land such as PP no 24/1997 whose practical acrion arranged in PMNA/KA.BPN no. 3/1997. Less and no data available about physical condition, social economic and cultural consideration required as supporting data leads some juridical and tech nical problems in land registration, especialy which is applied in sporadical team. This paper there are some technical problems and heir solutions that analyzed consequently to introduce sporadic land registration which achieve people needs. Sources used for this research arfe data/information about right of land certification programmed sporadically in Kabupaten Ciamis - Westy Java.
