<note>Kelompok Tani Sekar Gunung Gede merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pertanian. Banyaknya perusahaan yang memiliki usaha yang sama dengan Kelompok Tani Sekar Gunung Gede sehingga perusahaan perlu berhati-hati dengan perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut. Kelompok Tani Sekar Gunung Gede memiliki beberapa strategi-strategi untuk menangani beberapa permasalahan. tetapi strategi-strategi tersebut tidak berjalan sesuai dengan ekspektasi yang diharapkan perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu meluruskan strategi-strateginya sehingga perusahaan memerlukan evaluasi pengukuran kinerja di perusahaan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan adalah Balanced scorecard (BSC). hasil dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan pengukuran kinerja dengan 36 Sasaran strategis dan yang yang terpilih dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan perusahaan sebanyak 13 sasaran strategis, 20 indikator keberhasilan sasaran strategis dan 39 Inisiatif strategis. Setalah dirangkum kedalam satu tujuan menghasilkan 7 inisiatif strategis yang akan di usulkan untuk perusahaan</note>
