Struktur bangunan tahan gempa ditentukan berdasarkan kapasitas elemen struktur penahan gempa dalam menahan gaya lateral struktur. Elemen struktur penahan gempa termasuk balok, kolom dan dinding geser didesain sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI 1726:2019. Lokasi elemen struktur penahan gempa ditentukan berdasarkan masing-masing variasi bentuk penempatan dinding geser. Struktur dimodelkan dalam 4 jenis struktur model yaitu struktur tanpa dinding geser, struktur dengan dinding geser dengan bentuk I, L dan T. Struktur dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan metode beban dorong sampai mengalami keruntuhan. Keruntuhan pada struktur menunjukan target perpindahan dan gaya geser dasar saat runtuh untuk mendapatkan level kinerja serta daktilitas struktur. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, keempat struktur memiliki hasil yang cukup signifikan dalam menahan beban lateral sampai mencapai keruntuhan
