<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem persediaan optimal dalam bahan pengadaan baku kain dengan menerapkan model Q Back Order dan metode Joint Replenishment. Model Q Back Order diterapkan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang efisien, dengan mempertimbangkan kemungkinan terjadinya kekurangan persediaan. Beberapa item bahan baku kain ini disupply oleh satu supplier, sehingga diterapkan juga metode joint replenishment untuk melakukan pemesanan beberapa item bahan baku secara bersamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gabungan dari kedua metode ini dapat mengurangi total biaya persediaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen persediaan di perusahaan. Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara kebutuhan produksi dan pengelolaan biaya persediaan.
