<note>Industri garmen di Indonesia terus menghadapi tantangan besar akibat meningkatnya biaya produksi, menurunnya daya beli, dan besarnya tekanan akibat produk impor dari China. CV Suho Garmindo, sebagai perusahaan garmen, menggunakan pola produksi flowshop dengan metode penjadwalan first come first serve (FCFS) untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Metode perusahaan ini menimbulkan masalah dalam efisiensi operasional karena menyebabkan peningkatan waktu produksi (makespan) dan idle time, yang berdampak pada keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan dan peningkatan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengusulkan perbaikan penjadwalan produksi dengan membandingkan dua metode usulan, yakni Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS) dan Nawaz Enscore Ham (NEH) untuk meminimasi makespan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada produksi permintaan konsumen periode April 2024, dengan asumsi kondisi mesin berjalan normal. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa metode Campbell Dudek Smith dapat memberikan solusi penjadwalan yang lebih efisien, dengan selisih makespan sebesar 3465 menit dari metode penjadwalan yang dipakai oleh perusahaan.
