<note>Jalan Surapati memiliki peranan penting dalam menghubungkan arus pergerakan dari kawasan timur menuju barat Kota Bandung dan sebaliknya. Jalan Surapati terpengaruh oleh aktivitas kantor imigrasi Kota Bandung yang mengganggu lalu lintas meliputi parkir di badan jalan, kegiatan pejalan kaki, kendaraan berhenti, kendaraan keluar masuk, dan kendaraan yang bergerak lambat. Maka dari itu dilakukan analisis kinerja lalu lintas jalan Surapati akibat dan tanpa aktivitas kantor imigrasi dengan metode dari PKJI 2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja jalan Surapati pada Kondisi 1 adalah: volume lalu lintas sebesar 5764 smp/jam, kelas hamatan samping termasuk pada kelas Sedang, kapasitas jalan sebesar 4504 smp/jam, kecepatan arus bebas sebesar 31,62 km/jam, dan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,279. Sedangkan kinerja jalan Surapati pada Kondisi 2 adalah: volume lalu lintas sebesar 5764 smp/jam, kelas hamatan samping termasuk pada kelas Rendah, kapasitas jalan sebesar 5985 smp/jam, kecepatan arus bebas sebesar 42,12 km/jam, dan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,963.</note>
