<note>Degenerasi makula adalah penyakit mata yang umum terjadi pada populasi lanjut usia dan dapat menyebabkan kehilangan penglihatan sentral. Deteksi dini degenerasi makula sangat penting untuk memungkinkan intervensi yang efektif guna mencegah atau memperlambat kemunduran penglihatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Forest dan teknik Bagging untuk klasifikasi citra fundus mata dalam mendeteksi degenerasi makula. Random Forest berfungsi sebagai metode klasifikasi utama, sementara teknik Bagging diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja algoritma dengan mengurangi risiko overfitting. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa klasifikasi citra fundus mata dengan dan tanpa penerapan teknik Bagging. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari citra fundus mata pasien yang terindikasi mengalami degenerasi makula. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik Bagging pada Random Forest meningkatkan akurasi, precision, recall, dan f1-score, masing-masing dari 74% menjadi 76%, dibandingkan dengan Random Forest tanpa teknik Bagging.
