<note>Di masa perkembangan teknologi saat ini mendorong masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan layanan transportasi online sebagai pilihan masyarakat yang ingin bepergian ke suatu tempat, salah satu penyedia layanan transportasi online yang saat ini sedang di minati adalah Grab. Grab berhasil mencapai keberhasilannya dengan mencapai total valuasi lebih dari Rp.150 triliun, berdasarkan model keberhasilan Delone and McLean salah satu konstruk yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu sistem informasi adalah user satisfaction yang dipengaruhi oleh konstruk lainnya, selain dari konstruk konstruk yang terdapat pada model Delone and McLean terdapat konstruk lain yang juga dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu aplikasi yaitu user experience dengan mengetahui pengaruh dari user experience terhadap user satisfaction nantinya faktor keberhasilan aplikasi Grab tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan acuan bagi layanan sejenis lainnya untuk mengikuti kesuksesan Grab. Penelitian ini melibatkan 90 orang pengguna aplikasi Grab, dan mencakup 9 pengujian hipotesis yang mana 2 diantaranya diterima secara empiris.
