<note>Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, terutama dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan kontribusinya terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Namun, UMKM di Kabupaten Garut masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh enam kriteria Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCFPE), yaitu kepemimpinan, strategi, pelanggan, pengukuran dan manajemen pengetahuan, tenaga kerja, serta operasi terhadap hasil kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), yang memungkinkan analisis hubungan antar variabel secara lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 53 responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Garut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori kepemimpinan, tenaga kerja, serta pengukuran dan manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja hasil UMKM di Kabupaten Garut.
