<note>Earthy Genova merupakan sebuah brand pakaian berbahan dasar denim. Sistem produksi yang digunakan perusahaan adalah Make To Stock (MTS) dan Make To Order (MTO), aliran produksi flow shop dengan aturan First Come First Served (FCFS). Permasalahan yang terdapat pada perusahaan adalah sering terjadi keterlambatan produksi, sedangkan pada September 2024 terdapat kenaikan jumlah permintaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan jadwal produksi yang menghasilkan makespan terkecil dengan menggunakan metode Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS) dan Nawaz Enscore Ham (NEH). Metode CDS menghasilkan makespan sebesar 23586,32 menit atau 22 hari, sedangkan Metode NEH menghasilkan makespan sebesar 23520,94 menit atau 22 hari. Berdasarkan ganttchart yang dihasilkan pada penjadwalan terpilih dapat dilakukan overlapping untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan mesin. Hasil nilai makespan yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan overlapping adalah 23435,73 menit atau 22 hari.</note>
