Blockchain Ethereum merupakan salah satu platform terbesar untuk aplikasi terdesentralisasi dengan jumlah transaksi yang sangat besar setiap harinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi anomali dalam transaksi Ethereum dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang menyimpang dari pola normal, seperti manipulasi pasar atau penyalahgunaan smart contract. Dataset transaksi diolah menjadi sebuah graf, di mana node merepresentasikan akun Ethereum dan edge merepresentasikan hubungan transaksi antar akun. Model One-Class Graph Neural Network (OCGNN) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan kompleks antar akun serta menghasilkan representasi node yang lebih informatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCGNN mampu mencapai akurasi 95,78%, recall 99,81%, dan F1-Score 88,34%. Ethereum blockchain is one of the largest platforms for decentralized applications, processing a massive number of transactions every day. This study aims to detect anomalies in Ethereum transactions by identifying activities that deviate from normal patterns, such as market manipulation or misuse of smart contracts. The transaction dataset is represented as a graph, where nodes correspond to Ethereum accounts and edges represent transactional relationships between accounts. The One-Class Graph Neural Network (OCGNN) model is applied to analyze complex account interactions and generate informative node representations. The experimental results show that OCGNN achieves an accuracy of 95.78%, a recall of 99.81%, and an F1-Score of 88.34%.
