Di tengah pesatnya pertumbuhan e-wallet di Indonesia, kualitas pengalaman pengguna menjadi faktor krusial untuk mempertahankan loyalitas dan meningkatkan kinerja pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh usability terhadap user performance pada aplikasi GoPay dengan menggunakan kerangka ISO 9241-11 yang diperluas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). Model ini menguji pengaruh enam variabel independen
(Effectiveness, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Security, Reliability, Customer Service) terhadap Usability sebagai variabel mediasi, dan dampaknya pada User Performance sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi dan Keandalan adalah dua pendorong utama yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Usability. Sebaliknya, pengaruh dari Efektivitas, Keamanan, dan Layanan Pelanggan tidak signifikan, yang mengindikasikan perannya sebagai hygiene factor. Lebih lanjut, Usability terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap User Performance. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi manajerial yang jelas bagi pengembang GoPay untuk memprioritaskan peningkatan pada aspek fungsional inti guna meningkatkan kinerja pengguna secara efektif.

Amidst the rapid growth of e-wallets in Indonesia, the quality of user experience
has become a crucial factor for retaining loyalty and enhancing user performance.
This study aims to analyze the influence of usability on user performance in the GoPay application using an extended ISO 9241-11 framework. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing a Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). This model tests the influence of six independent variables (Effectiveness, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Security, Reliability, Customer Service) on Usability as a mediating variable, and its subsequent impact on User Performance as the dependent variable. The analysis results indicate that Efficiency and Reliability are the two primary drivers with a significant positive influence on Usability. Conversely, the influences of Effectiveness, Security, and Customer Service were found to be insignificant, suggesting their role as hygiene factors. Furthermore, Usability was proven to have a very strong and significant positive influence on User Performance. These findings provide clear managerial implications for GoPay developers to prioritize improvements in core functional aspects to effectively enhance user performance.
