<note>Perubahan garis pantai merupakan fenomena dinamis yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor alamiah dan antropogenik, terutama di wilayah pesisir dengan tekanan pembangunan seperti Pantai Patimban, Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantau perubahan garis pantai secara multitemporal pada periode 2016–2024 menggunakan citra satelit Sentinel-2A. Metode yang digunakan meliputi klasifikasi citra dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM), validasi akurasi hasil klasifikasi, serta analisis kuantitatif perubahan garis pantai menggunakan Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) melalui parameter Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) dan End Point Rate (EPR). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa algoritma SVM mampu menghasilkan klasifikasi spasial dengan akurasi di atas 97%. Analisis DSAS mengidentifikasi periode 2016–2024 peningkatan abrasi dari 350,86 hektar menjadi 381,22 hektar, serta penurunan akresi dari 524,26 hektar menjadi 381,52 hektar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya pergeseran dinamika pesisir yang signifikan karena skalanya cukup besar dan terukur secara kuantitatif, yang penting untuk dijadikan dasar dalam kebijakan pengelolaan wilayah pantai secara berkelanjutan.

Coastal shoreline change is a dynamic phenomenon influenced by both natural and anthropogenic factors, particularly in coastal areas under development pressure such as Patimban Beach, Subang Regency. This study aims to monitor multitemporal shoreline changes from 2016 to 2024 using Sentinel-2A satellite imagery. The methodology involves image classification using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, accuracy validation, and quantitative shoreline change analysis using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) through Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) and End Point Rate (EPR) parameters. The results indicate that SVM achieves high spatial classification accuracy, exceeding 97%. DSAS analysis reveals an increase in abrasion from 350.86 hectares to 381.22 hectares, and a decrease in accretion from 524.26 hectares to 381.52 hectares. This finding indicates a significant shift in coastal dynamics due to its considerable scale and measurable quantitative impact, which is essential as a foundation for sustainable coastal management policies.</note>
