This study analyzes the factors influencing the sustainability of e-learning adoption in higher education using a modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model by incorporating Habit, Perceived Enjoyment, Information Quality, and the moderating role of Policy. A quantitative approach was applied by distributing online questionnaires to students from several universities and the data were examined using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Habit, Performance Expectancy, and Information Quality significantly affect Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior, while Social Influence, Effort Expectancy, and Perceived Enjoyment show no significant effect, and Policy plays only a limited role in strengthening certain relationships among variables. These findings highlight that the sustainability of e-learning is more strongly driven by user habits, perceived benefits, and information quality rather than social pressure or enjoyment motivation. The practical implications suggest that universities should strengthen digital infrastructure, enhance content quality, and develop adaptive policies to effectively support e-learning implementation.
