<note>Keandalan Turbin Francis berperan penting dalam menjamin kontinuitas operasi pembangkit listrik tenaga air. Kegagalan pada komponen turbin dapat menyebabkan penurunan kinerja hingga penghentian operasi yang berdampak pada kerugian teknis dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi perawatan Turbin Francis menggunakan pendekatan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) berbasis Failure Mode, Effect, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data historis kegagalan dan perawatan turbin di PT. XYZ, identifikasi maintainable item, perhitungan failure rate, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), serta penentuan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) berdasarkan parameter severity, occurrence, detection, dan repair time. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sub-sistem bearing dan wicket gate memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi sehingga menjadi prioritas utama dalam perawatan. Strategi perawatan yang direkomendasikan adalah kombinasi preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, dan visual inspection dengan interval yang disesuaikan tingkat kritikalitas komponen. Penerapan RCM terbukti mampu meningkatkan keandalan dan efektivitas perawatan Turbin Francis.</note>
