<note>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja mesin Slitting belum memenuhi standar Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), dengan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) rata-rata sebesar 59,30% yang terutama disebabkan oleh rendahnya Performance Efficiency akibat pengoperasian mesin di bawah kecepatan ideal. Analisis Six Big Losses mengidentifikasi Reduced Speed Losses dan Defect Losses sebagai penyumbang kerugian terbesar, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia, mesin, metode, dan material. Melalui analisis 5W+1H, dirumuskan usulan perbaikan berupa penerapan perawatan terjadwal, peningkatan kompetensi operator, standarisasi prosedur inspeksi, dan pengendalian kualitas bahan baku, yang berdasarkan hasil simulasi mampu meningkatkan Performance Efficiency, Rate of Quality Product, serta nilai OEE menjadi 65,13% melalui penerapan pilar Autonomous Maintenance dan Planned Maintenance.</note>
