PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK ANALISIS POMPA SENTRIFUGAL DENGAN METODE FMECA.
Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) is probably the
most widely used and most effective design reliability analysis method. The
standard reference is US MIL-STD-1629A (Procedure for Performing a Failure
Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis). The principle of FMECA is consider each
failure mode for every components of a system and ascertain the effects on system
operation of each failure mode in turn. Failure effects may be considered at more
than one level, at subsystem and at overall system level (local and system effect).
Failure modes are classified in relation to the severity of their effects.
The result of this analysis is FMECA Worksheet. This worksheet contains
useful data that represent criticality of certain failure mode to related
maintainable item. Based on this worksheet, engineers can improve maintenance
to decrease failure rate of certain component effectively.
