<note>Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem pengukuran kinerja yang kurang efektif di
lembaga pendidikan Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas). Sistem pengukuran yang saat
ini dilakukan hanya kepada pegawai administrasi, karyawan, dan dosen. Namun
indikator pengukuran tidak terkait dengan tuntutan pekerjaan melainkan hanya
pengukuran kompetensi dan indikator untuk seluruh jabatan sama. Selain itu tidak
dilakukan pengukuran kepada pejabat struktural akademik. Pada penelitian ini
dilakukan rancangan pengembangan sistem pengukuran kinerja untuk pejabat
struktural akademik dengan indikator pengukuran terkait pada capaian renstra dan
untuk pegawai administrasi dengan indikator pengukuran terkait pada deskripsi kerja.
Selain itu dilakukan pengukuran kompetensi dengan indikator terkait pada nilai-nilai
Itenas.</note>
