ATMEGA 8535
DC-DC converter is a tool that use to regulate static dc voltage become variable DC
voltage. This full bridge converter was designed using center trap trafo where the voltage
income value increased until 2,5 times its income voltage after rectified with MUR1560
diode, so that the voltage recieved by the load is DC voltage. The load used by this research
was permanent magnetic DC Motor with ½ HP power to adjust the speed of permanent
magnetic motor with adjusting the pulse widht (duty cycle) PWM signal (Pulse Widht
Modulation) resulting from signal generator like Atmega 8535 microcontroller. The method
used in PWM switching process was PWM Phase Correct method. Signal generator with
Atmega8535 microcontroller and optocoupler serie as the protection serie between control
series and power series. The using of switching component and linear passive component and
also transformator center tap affects the outcome voltage result in this theis design. The
researcher did observation from duty cycle 5% to 20% with maximum outcome voltage 19v
with 2654rpm motor speed, Caused by a leak in the transformer inductance causing the
opponent .
