ANALISIS KINERJA SISTEM TRANSPORT PADA PERANGKAT RADIO MICROWAVE DIGITAL
Microwave Digital Radio has an important role in long-range wireless data transmission with a large capacity. Digital microwave radio divided into 2 pieces of interconnected devices, there are Indoor Unit and OPutdoor Unit. Indoor unit works as system transport interface for data processing and then sent by radio waves bidirectionally. Analysis of the Indoor Unit Digital Microwaves Radio Optik RTN Huawei type 980L includes 3 basebands wihich supported by PDH E-1, SDH STM-1, and Ethernet. Simulation in analyzing the radio channel used by replacing radio transmission with a coaxial cable and an extra attenuator as damping. The result test were analyzed by a standard test of STEL used as regulatory PT.Telkom as propriety use of telecommunication equipment in Indonesia.
