<note>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan perbaikan berkaitan dengan performansi organisasi
berdasarkan hasil penilaian melalui pendekatan MBCfPE (Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance
Excellence) untuk kategori 2 yaitu perencanaan strategis. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara,
survey dan pemeriksaan terhadap dokumen untuk pembuatan dokumen aplikasi. Setelah itu dilakukan
review proses berdasarkan ADLI (Approach, Deployment, Learning, Integration) dan review hasil
berdasarkan LeTCI (Level,Trend, Comparison, Integration). Skor untuk kategori proses perencanaan
strategis sebesar 31,75 dari 85 poin dan skor hasil kinerja keuangan dan pasar sebesar 24 dari 80 poin.
Maka didapatkan strength dan OFI Yayasan BPI. Skor performansi Yayasan BPI sebesar 278 dari 1000
poin.</note>
