<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu melakukan penilaian kinerja perusahaan melalui pendekatan
Malcolm Baldrige Criteria For Performance Excellence (MBCfPE), dan dapat membuat
dokumen aplikasi. Setelah dilakukan review proses berdasarkan ADLI (Approach, Deployment,
Learning, Integration) dan review hasil berdasarkan LeTCI (Level, Trend, Comparison,
Integration) maka dibuatlah most strength dan most OFI. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pada kategori
proses pengukuran, analisis dan manajemen pengetahuan maka Yayasan X mendapatkan 18
poin dari 45 poin untuk kedua item pada kategori 4. Proses penilaian keseluruhan berdasarkan
kategori proses dan hasil yaitu sebesar 278 poin dari 1000 poin, maka kinerja Yayasan BPI
dikatakan Early Result.</note>
