Satellite-based positioning point method that used to determinate the horizontal control framework is using GPS (Global Positioning System) and GPS positioning to gain a thorough typically using differential method. Differential positioning can be applied statically as well as real-time kinematic (RTK). This study was conducted to compare between the accuracy of horizontal control net framework results of measurements using static and RTK differential method. The nets of geometric consisting of 7 points and one of them serves as the control point. Measurements were done with a static differential method using single frequency receiver and RTK receiver using two frequencies. Geometric webs studied included in the classification of net short baseline for orde-3, with an approximately baseline length 3 km. The results show that the accuracy obtained by using the method meets the standards of accuracy RTK-orde 3 which is 9 cm. Average accuracy for observation generated static differential method is ± 0.013 m ≈ 1.3 cm and for the measurement of RTK method is ± 0.008 m ≈ 1 cm.
