IMPLEMENTASI FACE RECOGNITION DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIDDEN MARKOV MODEL (HMM) SEBAGAI OTENTIKASI KEAMANAN APLIKASI ANDROID
Android is a Linux-based operating system that is widely used for touch screen mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers. Face Recognition is a process of identification with the image of the face that can be used as a security system that guarantees the authenticity of the user. In this study, Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is applied as the authentication process of face recognition for the security process in android smartphone devices that expected as an alternative solution so that it can strengthen the security of the authentication process and difficult to penetrate. Based on application testing, the accuracy of face identification using HMM method reached 93%.
