<note>Kondisi lapis perkerasan lentur dapat dipertahankan dengan program pemeliharaan, baik rutin maupun berkala, atau dengan pelapisan tambah (overlay) pada perkerasan eksisting. Salah satu program komputer untuk merencanakan tebal overlay yaitu program Everseries 5.0 dari Washington State Departement of Transportation. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendesain tebal overlay yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Ruas Jalan Soekarno Hatta Bandung arah Cibereum-Cibiru, jalur cepat dan jalur lambat berdasarkan pada data lendutan alat FWD, volume lalu lintas dan tebal lapis perkerasan eksisting. Pemodelan perkerasan pada program ini yaitu 3 lapis. Data lendutan menjadi input dalam program Evercalc untuk menghitung modulus kekakuan dengan proses backcalculation. Hasil desain tebal overlay menggunakan program Everpave pada jalur cepat 32 cm jenis lapis Laston dan pada jalur lambat 5 cm jenis lapis Lataston. Biaya konstruksi yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan lapis overlay sebesar Rp. 4.900.000.000,-</note>
