<note>Penelitian ini membahas pengukuran kinerja PT Tri Hazna Pertiwi (PT THP) menggunakan
metode Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) pada level basic dan
overall requirement untuk kategori proses. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan
data dengan melakukan wawancara dan pemeriksaan dokumen perusahaan. Selanjutnya
dilakukan pembuatan dokumen aplikasi proses, hasil, dan key factors, lalu dilakukan review
proses menggunakan pendekatan ADLI dan review hasil menggunakan pendekatan LeTCI.
Selanjutnya dilakukan scoring terhadap kategori proses dan hasil. Dari hasil penelitian
didapatkan score keseluruhan sebesar 305 dari nilai total 1000. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan
bahwa PT THP berada pada level ”Early Result” yang berada pada daerah kinerja ”Poor”.</note>
