<note>In the market is available coffee roasting machine. However, existing machines on the market have a weakness in terms of operation, can not regulate the temperature, the roasting and cooling time is not practical. In this final project is done designing, applying and testing the ability of control system on automatic coffee machine based on microcontroller. The machine uses K type thermocouple sensors to determine the temperature of coffee beans, heatgenerating sources are cramic infrared heater, can hold 350 grams of coffee
beans and servo motors as a mechanical propulsion. Temperature control can be determined, timer controller as timer, blower as cooling coffee beans and buzzer as marker of completion process completed. The component is controlled Arduino Mega 2560 using Arduino IDE programming language. From this design the author produces a closed loop control system, a series of systems connected to actuators and sensors, obtains performance and control system testing on automatic coffee roasters machines: mature coffee beans when heated to 200°
C in 23 minutes and the rate of cooling the coffee beans from 200 ° C to 50° C for 45 minutes.</note>
