Terusan Jakarta Street becomes an access to the center of Bandung City. From the observation, it is known that the peak flow occurs in the morning and in the afternoon in both directions. Peak traffic volume in the afternoon (from West to East) occurs on Terusan jakarta Street (one way street beside Antapani Fly Over) and Babakan Surabaya-Purwakarta road segment caused by the geometry condition and high side road activity. The result from the survey of traffic volume and geometry condition then analyzed using PKJI 2014. In condition 1 obtained DJ value = 0,74 and the speed was 20 km/hour for Purwakarta-Babakan Surabaya road segment (in the morning). In the afternoon of Terusan Jakarta Street (one way road beside flyover) obtained DJ value = 0.89 and the speed was 9.8 km/hour and for Babakan Surabaya-Purwakarta road segment obtained DJ value = 1.04 (jammed). After the geometry improvement (condition 2), Terusan jakarta Street (oneway road beside flyover) obtained the DJ value = 0.77 and Babakan Surabaya-Purwakarta road segment after the geometry improvement and the reduction of side road activity (condition 2) obtained theDJ value = 0.97 and cannot be fixed.
