Early adult age is the time that someone start their carreer or business fo the first time. This period is very important because it determines how the future of the person. Financial planning should be well designed in order to fulfill the needs of that person in the future. In this period a person usually spent more money because needs and expenditures in this period tend to be greater. Unfortunately, in this period a person's income can not meet the needs of the person. Investing is one way to get around the situation,by investing we can minimize the effect of inflation toward our assets and we can increase our the value of our asset. Unfortunately public awareness to investment is still considered small. Steven Suryana, Head of Wealth Management of HSBC Indonesia, said that the awareness of Indonesian people towards investment products is still far behind compared to other developing countries. From many investment products available in Indonesia, Islamic mutual funds are considered best suited for people who are in early adulthood, especially in Muslim-majority countries such as Indonesia because it is guaranteed to adhere to Islamic Shari'a. Other factors that make Islamic mutual funds suitable for someone who is in early adult, among others is the price is cheap, only with Rp 100,000 a person can start investing in sharia mutual funds, also investment in sharia mutual funds has lower risk than other investment products and does not require a complicated investment strategy as it is managed by professional investment managers, and supervised by the Sharia Supervisory Board and OJK. By designing an animation webseries, sharia mutual funds is expected to be more introduce to early adult communities and initiate them to start and inculcate the habit of investing in order to fulfill the increasingly large financial needs and able to improve their welfare in the future.
