Culture shock is a common psychic phenomenon experience caused by different cultures. In migrant education, culture shock is very common for immigrant students. Culture shock can lead to frustration, depression and the influence of culture shock on students with their lectures is the lack of enthusiasm, rejection, and prejudice against their new environment. Bandung as a City of Higher Education that invites a variety of students from various regions in Indonesia, of course, it should maximize the informative service for people living in Bandung both host and immigrant. The diversity of Bandung characters that trigger the occurrence of culture shock can be brought into the active strategy according to their role as a student. But unavailability of information media devoted to newcomer students in Bandung related phenomenon culture shock.
