<note>Peningkatan persentase jumlah produksi produk yang bertujuan untuk dapat memenuhi semua permintaan konsumen, menunjukan adanya peluang untuk dilakukan investasi pembaharuan terhadap proses produksi di Alam Jaya Super Kabupaten Garut. Pemilik usaha batu bata merah Alam Jaya Super memiliki ide untuk melakukan pembaharuan terhadap salah satu proses produksi yang dilakukan. Untuk mengimplementasikan rencana tersebut dibutuhkan kelayakan investasi pembaharuan salah satu proses produksi yang dilakukan. Adapun aspek yang dilakukan pengkajian yaitu aspek finansial. Hasil dari perhitungan yang dilakukan dapat dilihat pada Tabel Hasil Perhitungan Kelayakan Investasi Mesin Oven Suhu Dingin Terhadap Usaha Batu Bata Merah. Hasil Perhitungan Kelayakan Investasi Mesin oven Suhu Dingin Terhadap Usaha Batu Bata Merah Sebelum Investasi Setelah Investasi Aspek Finansial Net Present Value = Rp. 2.664.700.464 Net Present Value = Rp. 4.190.427.728 Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan aspek finansial kelayakan investasi mesin oven suhu dingin dikatakan layak untuk dilakukan, dan terpilihnya kelayalan investasi mesin oven suhu dingin sebagai investasi baru dengan melihat nilai Net Present Value terbesar dari kedua investasi. Nilai Net Present Value untuk setelah investasi Sebesar Rp. 4.190.427.728, lebih besar 36,41% dibandingkan dengan sebelum investasi.</note>
